Constructing Excellence Gloucestershire Club, otherwise known as CEGlos, is a fantastic Gloucestershire-based networking organisation for those who work within the construction industry. Being one of the most active Constructing Excellence clubs in the country, they have over 50 member organisations and host more than 12 events each year. Formed over 15 years ago and recognised as a platform for industry improvement, they aim to deliver excellence for clients and industry users alike.

CEGlos wanted to improve and modernise their website for better user experience by expanding on their pre-existing site. From this brief and many client meetings, we added several new features including a members’ directory, a members-only resource hub, a customised event ticketing system and a blog page. We also integrated a GDPR compliant Mail Chimp sign-up form to allow users to sign up to their mailing list.

By implementing online payment for membership and creating a members’ directory where users can update their company information, we provided CEGlos site visitors with a smoother, easier user journey.

Providing both design and fulfilment, we have provided CEGlos with a range of brilliant print including roller banners, business cards and brochures for their annual conference.

Social Media Marketing

Alongside improving their website, the CEGlos volunteers committee wanted to promote their events, the benefits of membership and their members’ fantastic work more consistently across a variety of social media platforms, which is where our social media management comes in. Planning, creating and sharing between 4-5 posts per month, our marketing team promotes every aspect of CEGlos on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.

When requested, members of our marketing team also attend and cover CEGlos events. This is where we will take photographs, quotes from attendees and information to share on their social media and blog, offering an exclusive insight into club activities for their online followers.
