Hope for Tomorrow

The Client

Hope for Tomorrow, our partner charity for 2021, is a cancer charity dedicated to bringing cancer care closer to home for patients throughout the UK. Having launched the world’s first Mobile Cancer Care Unit in 2007, they have since grown their fleet to 12 units, which cover 34 locations and are all partnered with different NHS trusts across the country. Hope for Tomorrow approached Brace looking for synergy across their different marketing channels and by working with them over the 18 months, we have been able to deliver just that.


The Social Media

The team at Hope for Tomorrow wanted their social media to be more reflective of who they are and what they do. They also wanted to increase brand awareness, brand recognition and generate donations using social media. Working alongside their marketing team, Brace has managed their day to day posting across their social media platforms as well as implementing various paid advertising campaigns.


The Print

Hosting fundraising events, contacting their supporters via mail and promoting the charity on a large scale has all required the design and production of different print materials for Hope for Tomorrow. Our graphic designers have designed roller banners, leaflets, vehicle wraps, mail drops and more to help Hope for Tomorrow reach more supporters and generate donations. More recently, we designed a board game and time to spare activity pack for Hope for Tomorrow that was used through lockdown to keep people busy! Our graphic designers used a combination of primary colours taken from the rainbow used in their logo. The main colour that we used was HFT navy keeping it consistent throughout. We have designed many other things such as vehicle graphics for the HFT nurses car and units, t-shirts designs for their charity walks and fundraising events and we also worked on producing their brand guidelines to ensure their brand is maintained over time. 


The Website

To support the various social media campaigns our marketing team implemented for Hope for Tomorrow, our graphic designers and web developers designed and built dedicated landing pages for the Hope for Tomorrow website. Incorporating key campaign messaging whilst maintaining their branding and tone of voice, these landing pages were instrumental in the success of generating donations using paid social advertising.


The Email Marketing

Maintaining contact with their existing supporters is important to Hope for Tomorrow. Whether it be a newsletter or an event promotion, we have produced email marketing campaigns to help them achieve their goals. The email marketing system used is Raiser’s Edge NXT in Blackbaud, which allows them to manage their mailing list in a way which is GDPR compliant.
