Simplicity have an industry-leading reputation forged over 15 years of business and within this time have helped thousands of recruitment businesses start and grow. Simplicity provides recruiters with the right financial help, back-office support and recruitment technology to help them run a more efficient, compliant and profitable business. This has allowed them to turn over 150 million a year. Being forward thinkers, Simplicity allows recruiters to focus on what they do best – grow their businesses. Simplicity came to Brace to have their existing website maintained and optimised for search engines. Then used Brace once more when they wanted a clean, new and fresh website that reflected all aspects of the business.

Simplicity wanted a new website which would benefit the sales team greatly and aid as a sales tool. Along with promoting the benefits of using the services of Simplicity – using the question and answer approach throughout the site – The answer is Simplicity!
To make this happen a fun and vibrant graphical redesign of the website was created, matching their redesigned branding update provided by both internal and external teams. This included the use of subtle website animations and well-thought-out colour schemes.

A user-friendly experience for the user with simple navigation, data capture, free access to an online resource centre that, through a simple registration process allows any recruitment agency to access valuable guides and brochures.
Brace’s marketing team added custom event tracking in order to give the client the ability to follow the end-user journey and analyse as appropriate. We used the advanced user_id feature to allow Simplicity to monitor the behaviour of individuals in order to help them build a profile on their web visitors.

Brace’s developer built a completely bespoke online calculator based on formulae provided by the client, with the opportunity to share calculator results to colleagues or other acquaintances. As well as the integration of a third-party live chat system already in use by the client to act as another call to action. All of this is built on a content management system that provides the client with the ability to update various sections of their website at will, without any technical knowledge at all.
